② Use of IT Technology
Using the AI-based matching system “ONO,” it’s now possible for you to seamlessly connect with overseas entrepreneurs, universities, government groups, major corporations, and other supporters that match your needs. The specific matching platform is as follows.
In addition, online start-up consultations are available at any time, as well as other matching features to speed up monetization in the early stages of a start-up business.
③ Establishment of the Entrepreneurship Program
Based off the success of the “Social Incubation Lab” ※2 meant to revitalize Japan’s rural areas and solve societal problems, Sophia Communications will create an entrepreneurship program for foreign talent to start businesses in Japan’s countryside.

Using the Metaverse
Sophia Communications has created a 100 incubation office, 100 satellite manager system in Japan. Split between their “Metaverse Offices” as well as their local offices within the countryside, the goal is instantaneous information sharing on nationwide level. From community issues, to domestic needs, and timely solutions, this system enables managers to instantly share information across time and space with other managers. The result is creating new businesses or utilizing case studies to aid in solutions to problems. Utilizing this metaverse office means we can instantly connect and share information with overseas entrepreneurs wanting to start a business in Japan.
Future Development
Sophia Communications (SC) will utilize AI and a large network of business experts (i.e., lawyers, public tax accountants, labor and social security attorney, persons qualified to prepare legal documents, paralegals qualified to prepare legal documents on administrative matters, etc), to match overseas entrepreneur’s needs. Furthermore, SC will provide support to help foreign companies participate in training programs, complete the necessary procedures to come to Japan and start their own businesses.
